About these terms
These terms apply to your use of CareMatchr. They describe how the current release works and what is expected of everyone who uses it. They do not cover earlier CareMatchr websites or applications.
Accounts and access
- Use only your own account, and keep your sign-in details private.
- Use only the organisations, sites and roles you have been given. Do not try to reach records outside them.
- Give accurate information in your profile and in any record you create or update.
- Organisations and their users must give roles only to people who are authorised to have them.
- Creating a personal account does not give you access to an organisation’s workspace.
- Organisations agree that authorised CareMatchr support staff may access and act in their workspace, for a limited time and with a recorded reason, to give support or keep the service secure. Every such action is recorded against the named staff member.
Candidate records and imports
Importing candidate records does not create worker accounts and does not invite anyone. Imported compliance information is not verified by CareMatchr and does not show that a person is compliant or ready to work. Check imported information before relying on it.
Separate workflow stages
Each stage below is a separate action. Completing one stage does not complete the next.
- Compliance readiness: worked out by CareMatchr from reviewed requirements for each organisation and site. Submitted items do not count until they are satisfied.
- Application: a worker applies for a job they are eligible for. An authorised organisation user reviews the application and accepts or rejects it.
- Acceptance: reserves one position on the job. Accepting an application or reserving a position does not create a scheduled assignment, a confirmed shift or an employment contract.
- Assignment scheduling: an authorised Agency Admin separately schedules an assignment for an accepted application.
- Attendance: the worker checks in and out of the scheduled assignment, and CareMatchr’s servers confirm the times.
- Timesheet approval: a timesheet starts from confirmed attendance and is reviewed. Approval records the review only. It is not payroll, payment or an invoice.
Outside the current release
- Payroll, billing, invoicing and payments.
- Evidence file transfer, automated document checks and automated evidence assessment.
- Native mobile applications.
- Any other feature the application shows as planned, not enabled or unavailable.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload, enter or share content that is unlawful or malicious, or that you are not authorised to share.
- Do not try to get around access checks, disrupt the service or reach another organisation’s records.
Availability and changes
CareMatchr is being released in stages. The service and individual features may change, pause or become unavailable during this staged release. When that affects these terms, they will be updated and the version shown at the top of this page will change.
