Questions about pricing

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly in GBP by card or Direct Debit, on a 12-month minimum term. VAT is added at checkout.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your 12-month term, and monthly charges continue until then. Payments are not refunded.

What is Test Mode?

Your organisation is ready the moment payment is confirmed. In Test Mode you can set up your organisation, sites and admins and explore CareMatchr. Inviting workers, importing candidates and sending emails switch on when your organisation goes LIVE.

How do we go LIVE?

Submit your Companies House number, registered address, VAT number, CQC provider or location ID and a named director or contact. Our team reviews the details and moves your organisation to LIVE.

What if we need more workers, admins or sites?

Add-ons are available on every plan. Usage beyond your plan allowance is charged at the add-on rate unless agreed otherwise in writing.
